Nancy began her career as a full time Realtor in 1997 and over the years has worked closely with Sellers and Buyers to market, sell and close properties.  

Nancy is an experienced Realtor, with resources, dedicated to making your dreams come true. Nancy has experience in retail sales and bank owned properties, her business has included the listing and sale of residential homes, farms, multi families, land, condos, bank owned and investor properties.

Jay is a lifelong CT resident and has lived in East Hampton for over 40 years. 

He has a background in land surveying, General contracting, artist, Antiques dealer, real estate investment and light industry. He is part owner of Paws-n-heel dog training center in East Hampton. 

Jay is a US Navy Vet, and his interests include bicycling, kayaking, hiking, skiing, fishing, gardening and performing music. He loves old houses and has professional experience with Antique architecture and its restoration and preservation.

Jay has been successful in listing properties and negotiating and closing transactions for clients keeping the clients needs first and foremost!

She joined the Real Estate profession after her own 1st time home buying experience. Real Estate gives her an outlet to express her interest in home design, utilize her creativity and help others find their vision too. 

Kelli-Ann currently resides in the Middlesex area with her Husband, Son, Pittie, Dachshund & Cat. When not selling Real Estate, she is fulfilling concert riders and working alongside with various music artists and their tours. In 2017 Kelli-Ann & her dog Jango set out to hike on the Appalachian Trail for 3 months. They say, “the trail provides”, its lessons and gratitude continue to imprint her life daily.

Peggy is here to assist you with all your real estate needs on the Cape.

Peggy fell in love with the Cape when she started vacationing here over 20 years ago. When she retired, she fulfilled her dream of making the Cape her permanent home. She loves hiking and exploring all the beautiful places the cape has to offer. 

Peggy  has had many different jobs prior to retirement and her new real estate career. Most recently, she spent 21 years working for the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service helping people realize their dreams of coming to work and/or live in the United States. Peggy's goal as a realtor is to provide her clients with the best possible service and to be with them through every step of the process of buying or selling a home.
